Tasman International Student Services provides admissions in educational Institutions at New Zealand and Australia and also provides post landing Services in these countries hereby referred to as “service”. These terms apply to all users, visitors and others who access and use the Service. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Service.

The content available on the site is for information purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for advice of any kind. Tasman International Student Services disclaims all kinds of liability for damages caused by the use of content on the site.

Our aggregate liability relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with our terms, us, or our services will not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months. The foregoing disclaimer of certain damages and limitation of liability will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification.

If anyone brings a claim (“Third-Party Claim”) against us related to your actions, information, or any other use of our Services by you, you will, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indemnify and hold the Tasman Parties harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with any of the following:

You will cooperate as fully as required by us in the defense or settlement of any Third-Party Claim.
